Why AT&T Sucks Completely.

I asked for a new residential account from you. I did it online. That was over a week ago (8/21). No one I call can look me up, because "we don't support accounts started on the web." I asked for someone to call me. It never happened. I wrote you an email here. You never wrote or called. No one's called or emailed about installing my new service.

I would forget about you and your lousy service, but my employer wants to install DSL at my home, and they do it through you.

Now I've made two phone calls, spoken to three or four people, and emailed--now twice.

What do I have to do to receive service from AT&T?
